according to the config Andreas suggested:

> main.cf:
>   signing_milter_socket = inet:[::1]:30053
>   smtpd_milters = ${signing_milter_socket}

your configuration seems to be different:

> signing_milter_socket = inet:[::1]:30053 smtpd_milters = , 
> inet:127.0.0.1:12768
Or did you configure it in master.cf?
